Emm.... I think most of the job seekers like me are waiting this fair so such a long time and the jobs hunting season is about to begin. Most of the company don't really mind if poeple start to quit from the jobs, and prefer of hiring new one. Why? Aren't they suppose to hold the experience employee to work for them?....

Sometime may not be true. They would like to see more inovative idea and breakthrough. Employee who stay too long at a post will lead to lower passion on work, refuse for changes, and lack pf creative way to solve issue.

So they need new blood in order to get better results.
