ACGC'08 is taken place at Gurney Plaza this weekend with tones of amazing events such as competition and artwork showcase.

There will be lots of fun filled activities, Hotlink is the Main sponsor for this event and sure there will be lots of Hotlink goodie bags and fun mobile games to showcase duirng the event.

There will be also Cosplay competition during this even so please suit up to your favourate action figure or comic figure and come join the fun.

Penang Event: Forever Yours Bridal Fair 2008

Dear Readers,

There are 2 bridal fairs happen in town this weekend, one at Prangi Mall and another one at Gurney Plaza. In conjunction of the fair, the organizer had planned several activities which include Toilet Paper Wedding Gown Design Contest, Get your hands on a Dream Wedding Contest, Diamond Ring Lucky Draw, and Bridal Fashion Show.

Toilet Paper Wedding Gown Design Contest
(19th April 2008, 3pm)
Win up to RM1500 in cash vouchers and gifts. Design and fabricate an original wedding gown plus head piece from just toilet paper, tape and or glue to with some really cool prices!!! Submit photographs together with your entry form and get ready to model that dress for final judging.

The organizer had shortlisted the participants for final judging and please be there to support the creative and innovative design from the local designer. You might get some idea on how you wedding gown would look like if you plan to have toilet paper as the materials for your gown.....

Get your Hands on a Dream Wedding
(20th April 2008, 9.001m-9.00pm, Main Entrance)
Here's how you can get your hands on that dream wedding. Just place your hand on a wedding limo while you hold the hand of your loving partner, and don't let go. In this wedding contest especially for couples, the last couple standing wins!!!!!!!

The organizer had limited the entry to 15 couples only. If you had missed the chances, don't feel upset, You can come and support the 15 couples for the contest as well. See you there....

The Diamond Ring Lucky Draw
(20th April 2008, 8.00pm, Central Atrium)
Just spend RM500 and above at any exhibition booth from the Bridal Fair to be eligible for this lucky draw.... Stand a chance to win the Grand prize of a Diamond RIng set worth RM3,000.
