Penang Event: Free HUG

Dear readers,

If you think there is no free lunch, it is fine, but there is something free awaiting you on the Sunday morning. Free HUGsssssss organized by Hearts Hug Team is awaiting your arrival to give you the warmest hug.

Yes, there is nothing wrong with me nor your eye. Free Hugssss in Penang.

Penang Event: Free HUG
Date: 29th June 08
Time: 10.00am - 2.00pm
Venue:Little Penang, Upper Penang Road

Sometimes, a hug is all what we need.

Free hugs is a real life controversial story of Juan Mann, A man whos sole mission was to reach out and hug a stranger to brighten up their lives.

In this age of social disconnectivity and lack of human contact, the effects of the Free Hugs campaign became phenomenal.

As this symbol of human hope spread accross the city, police and officials ordered the Free Hugs campaign BANNED. What we then witness is the true spirit of humanity come together in what can only be described as awe inspiring.

In the Spirit of the free hugs campaign, PASS THIS TO A FRIEND and HUG A STRANGER! After all, If you can reach just one person..

For more information regarding this activities at Penang, please kindly call Elsa (019-448 0103) or Kenny (012-424 6958).

  1. How wonderful to read about your Free Hugs Event. This year, I created International Hug Week which takes place from 1 - 7 May every year. It would be fantastic if you were to organise a similar event to coincide with International Hug Week in 2009.

  2. I was at the Hug week celebration with Debra and several other huggers (the number grew throughout the event)and it was a brilliant experience. Very many people came over for hugs
and left with smiles on their faces. Many also passed the hugs on to others.
I hope your event is as well-received as it's a marvellous thing to do.
    Good luck and good huggin'
